CIHT STEM ambassadors use their knowledge, skills and passion for STEM to inspire the next generation into the diverse and rewarding roles that are available in the Highways & Transportation sector. We want all children from every background and walk of life to know that these roles are for them too.

CIHT STEM ambassadors role models are encouraged to use of these readymade and highly engaging activities, case studies and resources to assist in their distribution of knowledge and to further inspire the next generation into rewarding careers within the Highways and Transportation sector.

Studies show that exposure to the sector from a young age, through engaging activities and relatable role models can inspire young people into the sector. This collection will help CIHT STEM ambassadors and teachers demystify engineering, challenge stereotypical views and enable young people from all walks of life to find their passion within a STEM-related career.
