Join Stemettes for this Galentine's Day special event where they will talk all things emotions and STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Maths)!

Enjoy, Meet, Try Out: Insights Season Explore

Spark curiosity and inspire your students at Stemette's Galentine’s Day special, designed for girls, young women, and non-binary young people aged 5–15. This free, half-day event combines hands-on activities, interactive talks, and networking opportunities in a relaxed, supportive environment, helping young people connect with Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Maths (STEAM) in ways that are fun, engaging, and confidence-building.

Participants will meet diverse role models from across the STEAM sectors who share their career journeys and insights, showing students the variety of paths available and helping them imagine their own future in these fields. Our activities are carefully crafted to link learning to real-world applications, encouraging participants to explore their interests, ask questions, and discover new possibilities.

Teachers can be assured that safety and accessibility are central to the event. All staff are DBS-checked and NSPCC-trained, and we provide a welcoming environment suitable for different ages, abilities, and confidence levels. The event is free and includes lunch and goody bags, ensuring every student can participate fully.

Volunteers and facilitators are on hand throughout, offering guidance and support while creating a friendly, inclusive atmosphere where all young people feel valued.

Venue

The event is taking place on 14 February 2026 at a venue in Greater London. The full address is kept hidden due to GDPR reasons but once registered, applicants will receive the full address.
