Workshop
Introduction 2 Engineering (i2E) stimulates student's interest in STEM subjects through hands-on, practical activities.
I2E Speed Challenge is a fantastic two-hour activity where pupils get to experience the exciting world of CO2 powered model racing cars. Pupils work in teams to build and race their cars on our purpose-built floor track to see which team has produced the fastest CO2 powered car.
This whole class workshop gets pupils working in teams to build cars, and then race them on our purpose-built track to see which team has produced the fastest F1 car.
Through this engaging session, pupils will explore what is involved in designing and manufacturing the quickest car possible.
Teams will also be challenged with brand identity, so get your creative caps on as we love a great team name and logo to help you stand out!
This workshop is suitable for progression steps 3 & 4 and lasts for approximately 2 hours for a class of 30 pupils. Multiple classes and year groups can also be catered for.
Capacity

Cost
Full day £495 to accommodate 2 classes, 2 full days £850, 3 full days £1200. Days do not have to be booked consecutively.
