To mark Women in Engineering Day, Futures For All are joining with Amey, a British engineering company, to host a live virtual broadcast careers talk.
Tune in on Wednesday 24 June 2026 from 10-11am for Women in Engineering Day: Build It. Shape It. Engineer It, an inspiring session all about encouraging more young people - especially girls - to consider careers in engineering and infrastructure.
Students will learn who Amey are, the work they do across the UK, and how engineering and infrastructure play a vital role in everyday life. You’ll hear directly from apprentices, degree apprentices, and graduates, who will share what a typical day looks like in their role, the routes they took into the industry, and the skills that matter most.
