The Big Bang Fair 2024

Spark curiosity and challenge your students’ perception of STEM at The Big Bang UK Young Scientists and Engineers Fair. Don't miss your chance to get inspired - book now!

The UK’s biggest STEM celebration for young people returns to the NEC in Birmingham from 19 to 21 June 2024.

Get inspired by hands-on activities from across the world of science and engineering, discover exciting possibilities, and connect to inspiring role models in STEM.

The Big Bang Fair 2024 is open to groups from state-funded schools for young people in:

  • England and Wales: year 6 to year 8 
  • Northern Ireland: year 7 to year 9
  • Scotland: P7 to S2

Specialist and SEND schools are also eligible to attend The Big Bang Fair.

The Fair is open to schools in half-day sessions.  Schools will be able to register for morning (9am to 12pm) or afternoon (1pm to 4pm) sessions.  

Schools may book one group per session, limited to 100 in size (including adults).

Cost

The Big Bang Fair is free to attend. Registration for The Big Bang Fair is now open - we can't wait to see you there!
