British Science Week: Tech for Sustainable AI

A free virtual live lesson for students aged 7 to 11 years old on 12 March highlighting the role technology plays in sustainable AI, and what careers are available.

British Science Week: Tech for Sustainable AI

Join Tech She Can on Wednesday 12 March at 9.30am, when their Tech She Can Teacher, Fran, will deliver a virtual 50 minute Tech We Can LIVE lesson for students aged 7 - 11. This will be an interactive session where the children will be guided to complete paper based tasks and partner discussions - they therefore need to be based at a table with a piece of paper and pen/pencil.

Fran will explain how AI is revolutionising the sustainability of our planet across land, sea, and air! Students will discover how cutting-edge technology and AI are protecting forests, cleaning oceans, and reducing air pollution to create a greener future for our planet.

Throughout the lesson, Fran will highlight lots of related technology careers which students could pursue in the future.

The content is ideal in the classroom environment or from home.
