CIEC promotes excellence in primary science teaching and learning, increase children's and teachers' awareness of STEM careers and industries, and raise children's science capital. CIEC highlight STEM opportunities for young people by building visible links between science education and its application in industry and related careers. The centre's expertise helps you to increase and sustain the number of local children considering a future within industry. CIEC offers science companies and schools a range of tailored approaches to work together. CIEC provide free downloadable science publications set in industry contexts and making strong career links whilst supporting the teaching and learning of the UK's science curricula for 4 to 12 year olds.
