British Science Association

CREST Awards is the British Science Association’s flagship education programme for young people, providing science enrichment activities to inspire and engage 3-to-19-year-olds, encouraging them to think and behave like scientists and engineers. Through simple and adaptable activities aligned to the national curriculum, CREST provides a nationally recognised framework for hands-on, student-led STEM project work. Through taking part in CREST projects, students have the opportunity to develop the skills, experience and enthusiasm beneficial for a future career in STEM. CREST has been running since 1986 and sees tens of thousands of young people taking part each year.
