UN Sustainable Transport Day: Tech for Sustainable Transport

A free virtual live lesson for students aged 7 to 11 years old on 26 November highlighting the role technology plays in sustainable transport, and what careers are available

UN Sustainable Transport Day: Tech for Sustainable Transport

Technology is prevalent across every aspect of our lives today and will continue to play an even more significant role in the careers and personal lives of future generations. A vast majority of your students will work in a job that doesn't exist yet.

Join this Tech We Can LIVE lesson on Tuesday 26 November at 9.30am to help your students understand the importance of sustainable transport for now and in the future.

Led by Tech She Can Teacher, Louise, this will be a 50-minute interactive session where the students will be guided to complete paper based tasks and partner discussions - they therefore need to be based at a table with a piece of paper and pen/pencil.

Louise will also show some of the tech careers within transport that students could pursue in the future.

The content is being delivered to help celebrate UN Sustainable Transport Day and is suitable for a lesson in the classroom environment or from home.
