'We Make Our Future' is a new interactive, educational and entertaining science show for the next generation of engineers! Hands-on demonstrations and stunning visuals combine with friendly and professional presenters.
It takes place in a mobile planetarium or 'dome' that comes to your school or venue, and each show lasts up to 50 minutes.
Inside the dome, expect a celebration of the ingenuity of human engineering as a relevant and attainable aspiration for young people in KS2: Full-dome digital projections allow us to visit engineering marvels from history and explore the pros and cons of modern life. Industry, technology and invention have progressed civilisation, but how has this impacted the planet? What is climate change? And what can we do to engineer our way out of the climate emergency?
Empower your class to think scientifically so they can positively approach the Net Zero challenge in their local community.
Capacity
The Standard Dome accommodates up to 30 (KS2) students per show and requires a smooth clean floor area of 6m x 7m, a clear ceiling height of 3.5m and access to mains power.
The Large Dome accommodates up to 40 (KS2) students per show and requires a smooth clean floor area of 8m x 9m, a clear ceiling height of 3.5m and access to mains power.
