This summer, Stantec is offering an exciting opportunity for 20 students to take part in their Design and Engineering Work Experience Week.
During the week, running from 11 to 15 August in Bristol, students will be working on a project on a nearby city-centre site, interspersed with presentations from a variety of disciplines.
Students will learn about the varied careers within the built environment and gain essential skills, such as communication, organisation, and problem-solving. As part of the project, they'll also learn how to visualise and present design and engineering work.
Throughout the week, students will get to meet Stantec employees to learn about urban design, architecture, sustainability, climate change, civil engineering and much more.
They'll also learn about crafting a great CV and preparing for future careers with Stantec's talent acquisition team!
The work experience week will be located at the Stantec office in Bristol and will run from 10am to 4pm, Monday 11 to Friday 15 August 2025 - giving students first-hand valuable experience of what it's like to work in an office.
