Workshop
Join Spark2 throughout 2025 for their British Science Week Change and Adapt Workshop
Get ready for an exciting and dynamic experience with Spark2's 2025 Change and Adapt Workshop, designed specifically for British Science Week. This engaging workshop will take students on a journey through the fascinating world of science and technology, exploring how species, technologies, and environments evolve and adapt over time.
Students will participate in hands-on experiments and interactive activities that demonstrate the principles of evolution, adaptation, and innovation. They’ll learn how organisms change in response to their environments and how humans can harness these principles to solve real-world challenges. Whether it’s understanding the science behind climate change or exploring the latest in renewable energy, students will be inspired to think critically and creatively about the world around them.
Careers inspiration is a key focus of the workshop. Spark2 will introduce students to a range of exciting careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) fields, showcasing how professionals are using their knowledge and skills to drive innovation and positive change. Through engaging discussions and examples, students will gain insights into potential future career paths, from environmental scientists to biomedical engineers.
