Workshop

AI for Robotics

A virtual live lesson on 10 July for students aged 7 to 11 highlighting the amazing technology behind robotics, and what careers are available.

AI for Robotics

Join Tech She Can on Thursday 10 July at 2pm, when their Tech She Can Teacher, Katie, will deliver a free virtual 50 minute Tech We Can LIVE lesson for students aged 7 to 11 years old.

The lesson will explore the amazing technology behind robotics, including robots used in space, robots used to help doctors, and robots used to assist people like firefighters. Katie will also highlight how Artificial Intelligence is used to allow robots to ‘think’ and perform all sorts of tasks.

This lesson includes engaging activities and thought-provoking ideas to provide your students with a deeper understanding of the exciting future tech careers available in AI for Robotics.

This will be an interactive session where students will be guided to complete paper based tasks and partner discussions - they therefore need to be based at a table with a piece of paper and pen or pencil.

The content is ideal for the classroom environment, hall, or from home.
