Exciting, interactive live sessions with leading people in science, technology and engineering.
Do students want to work in the music business? Or design games? Can they imagine what the future of food or the future of transport might look like? Do they want to meet their tech heroes?
TeenTech Live brings the exciting world of science and technology to your school or home. Hosted by well-known science and technology reporters, our interactive sessions are fun, engaging and provide real context to learning, helping young people understand more about careers and the way exciting emerging technology is shaping all aspects of our lives.
TeenTech Live helps you to meet Gatsby Benchmarks and has been highly praised by teachers, parents and students. Our virtual sessions last an hour and students then have the option to work on short challenges or projects and participate in a follow-up feedback session with industry experts. We have sessions suitable for all ages, interests and abilities.
Capacity
Schools are welcome to enroll as many students as they wish for these programmes. Further information can be provided for bespoke programmes by TeenTech project managers.
Duration
Flexible. Students join for a 1-hour session and then have the option to complete a short project and participate in a follow-on feedback session.
There are a series of topics and students can (and do!) join us for as many as they wish.
Teachers can use the sessions within class or ask students to use it as part of work they may be doing at home.
