An interactive virtual quiz All about STEM.

STEM Quiz Webinar

Learners are introduced to what STEM means before taking part in an interactive quiz using the polling features of the webinar platform.

Typical quizzes feature questions on employment in STEM, women in STEM, logic puzzles, maths problems and general STEM knowledge. Quizzes can be tailored to different ages and abilities, and can include questions from specific curriculum areas or topics.

This workshop works best with pupils at home however we can run an in-school quiz and provide quiz worksheets for pupils or they can join on school computers.

Some of our quizzes include:

  • STEMtastic Quiz - This quiz gives a good overview of STEM and its many different aspects
  • STEMinist Quiz – This quiz highlights Women in STEM
  • STEMployment – This quiz highlights different careers and skills needed in STEM
  • A game of Natural selection – This quiz focuses on environmental and conservation careers
  • Engineering X-Factor – This quiz focuses on different careers and skills needed in engineering.

Capacity

Minimum of 15 participants, maximum of 300 participants.

Cost

Cost will be dependent on the number of learners and the workshop duration.

Duration

45 mins to 1 hour depending on the school's timetable. Can be delivered to multiple groups at the same time or across a day. This session could also be used as part of a bigger STEM day.
