Workshop
Connect learning from Science, Design and Technology, Engineering and Maths and to careers across STEM.
Workshops are designed to engage students in STEM and allow them to contextualise what they're learning across all other subjects. The sessions are about ensuring all children gain the right skills and experience to raise their aspirations across STEM.
Whatever your needs and focus across your school the sessions can be tailored to address this. The workshops can offer you routes focused on raising attainment and progress of all students including those with SEND.
Sessions are fun and can engage students which can result in improving students attendance and also contribute to improving the mental health and emotional wellbeing.
Capacity
Minimum of 10 participants, maximum of 100 participants.
Cost
£250 for a half-day experience, £400 for a full day. Cost for expenses will be charged for any schools outside of catchment.
Dates and Location
The deliverers are based in Shropshire and Birmingham. If travel is required individuals will need to enquire, additional costs will be incurred if beyond 20 miles from base in Telford and/or Birmingham.
Duration
One-off sessions are designed to be delivered as a half-day session for 2 to 3 hours and provide teachers with tasks for students to complete before and after.
Regular workshops run on a block of 6-week sessions.
