Engage your students in our weekly Live STEM Challenges!

STEM Challenges

We are engaging with our STEM stars weekly through our YouTube Channel, where we are exploring an area of Science, D&T and Engineering each week as we set a challenge to encourage students to explore and experiment remotely.

Dates and Location

The Live STEM Challenges will take place every Thursday at 2pm.

Duration

The Live STEM Challenges run for 20 minutes and set children a challenge they can continue to explore independently.

Learning outcomes

  • Improve engagement, interest or enjoyment in STEM subjects

  • Improve attainment and progress in STEM subjects

  • Learning what the engineering workplace is like

  • Develop engineering employability skills

  • Improve awareness and aspirations for STEM-related study and careers
