An engaging, practical way for teachers to deliver the fundamentals of Electronics.
Electronics Everywhere is an engaging and practical way for teachers to deliver the fundamental Electronics/Electrical parts of the curriculum. It is focussed on raising attainment in A-Levels Computing and Physics as well as promoting Electronics.
Each school is provided with a classroom set of 10 curriculum-linked boards free of charge for Physics and Computing.
Teachers receive training on delivering the session in an engaging, hands-on, way. The training for teachers will initially be online, there will be a short face-to-face training session once we are able.
Explainer videos are also provided online, along with extension work.
The project is a collaboration between the UKESF and the University of Southampton. Based on teacher feedback, Electronics Everywhere is effective and resonates with teachers.
Minimum of 2 participants, maximum of 30 participants.
Boards are loaned, free of charge, to state schools.
Electronics Everywhere is aligned to Computing, Physics A-Levels and Highers. The material covers around 4 to 6 lessons.
